Welcome to Gleam, your personal local-first color memory companion! This agreement outlines the friendly understanding between you and the Gleam team for your use of the app. We keep things simple and transparent, no complicated fine print here.

What Gleam Does For You

Gleam turns every meaningful photo from your device library into customizable, reusable color palettes. Whether you're a designer hunting for fresh inspiration, an artist planning your next creation, a home decor enthusiast redoing your space, or just someone who loves perfectly balanced color combinations, Gleam is built to support your creative workflow.

You can generate sorted palettes from any saved photo, browse your collection by hue, saturation or tone, curate your go-to palettes into custom collections, and export palettes for use across all your projects - from digital design and mood boards to outfit planning and event styling.

Our Commitment To You

• All photo processing and palette generation happens 100% locally on your device. We never collect, upload, or store any of your personal photos, generated palettes, or usage data to external servers. Your color memories stay completely private and under your control at all times.
• We will never show you intrusive ads, sell your usage data, or lock core features behind paywalls. Any optional premium features we release in the future will always be clearly labeled, and core palette generation and export functionality will remain free forever.
• Any palettes you generate and export are entirely yours to use for personal or creative commercial projects. We make no ownership claims over palettes you create from your own photo library.

What You Agree To

• Only use photos that you have permission to access and process for palette generation. If you use content that does not belong to you, any related issues or misunderstandings are your responsibility to resolve, and the Gleam team will not be involved in related disputes.
• Since all your data is stored locally on your device, we recommend regularly exporting and backing up your favorite palettes. If you delete the app, clear your app cache, or lose your device, we cannot recover your saved palettes for you.
• Do not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Gleam app for commercial purposes without explicit permission from our team.

App Updates & Changes

We may roll out occasional app updates to add new features, improve performance, or fix bugs. You can choose to install updates or keep using older versions of the app as you prefer. We may also adjust or retire rarely used features over time, but we will always give advance notice of any changes that impact core functionality through in-app notifications.

Ending Your Use of Gleam

You can stop using Gleam at any time, for any reason, by simply uninstalling the app from your device. There are no cancellation steps, fees, or formalities required. Any data remaining on your device after uninstallation is completely under your control to delete or preserve as you wish.
